Workforce Statistics

Dodge City and Ford County have typically low unemployment rates, but the community's workforce is augmented by workers from surrounding counties. The Dodge City/Ford County Development Corporation also actively recruits skilled workers through a labor force recruitment website – www.DodgeCityHasJobs.com – and at events throughout the Midwest.
