The engineering team has grown from one to six, and the company has launched three new product lines to meet evolving customer needs. Its online parts store is a testament to Broce’s forward-thinking approach, improving access for dealers and customers alike.

Broce’s current $2 million expansion in Dodge City speaks volumes about its commitment to Kansas. The project increases production capacity while enhancing employee well-being by incorporating a storm shelter into the breakroom design. Despite facing global challenges such as fluctuating tariffs and tightening emissions standards, Broce continues to thrive by staying agile and responsive to industry trends.

The company participates in Manufacturing Day events in both Kansas and Oklahoma, offers welding scholarships through partnerships with Dodge City High School and DC3, and regularly welcomes students to learn about careers in modern manufacturing.
